Our coaching is personal and practical, built around your lifestyle, experience. Led by coaches Matthew Tonge, Liam Cashin, and Amy Cashin, we combine years of experience in elite competition and coaching with a shared passion for supporting our athletes on and off the training track.

Matt offers a highly individualised coaching experience designed around your lifestyle and goals. His approach includes weekly check-ins to discuss progress, adjust training, and stay connected.
Programs are structured and uploaded via Final Surge on a week by week basis to reflect your schedule, fatigue, and other life commitments, ensuring training remains effective, flexible, and sustainable.
Matt also leads weekly in-person group coaching sessions, creating an environment that combines accountability, connection, and community.
Amy combines her experience as an elite athlete and performance coach to deliver a holistic and supportive coaching experience. She provides weekly check-ins to guide progress, make adjustments, and maintain open communication.
Training plans are carefully tailored week by week to reflect each athlete’s goals, workload, and wellbeing, ensuring balance and steady development.
Amy also brings a strong focus on mindset and mental wellbeing, helping athletes grow in confidence and enjoyment both on and off the track.
Liam takes a structured yet flexible approach to coaching, built around open communication and genuine support. He provides weekly check-ins to discuss training, goals, and adjustments, keeping each athlete engaged and accountable.
Programs are developed on a fortnightly basis to reflect your lifestyle, workload, and recovery needs, ensuring progress that’s consistent and sustainable.
